If you were in the previous tournament, you already know the new rules for dueling. But if you weren't, then you should
read this before challenging someone to a duel.
In this tournament you are allowed to use japanese cards. Also, you can have up to 6 FAKE cards in your deck and
no more.  The last rule about dueling is that you have to risk 1 normal rare card or 4 common cards.You must risk
cards though. And if you don't want to lose your cards, duel your hardest! If you cheat in duels or do something that is against
the rules, you are recieved one ticket from the Dueling Planet commisioner, Shivam. If you get 4 of these tickets, you are
diqualified from the tournament.THERE MUST ALWAYS BE A COMMISONER WATCHING EVERY DUEL.
